Meeting New Babies on our Neighbour's Farm

We received an excited phone call from friend and neighbour Brianna, that her mare Ruby had had a lovely black filly foal in the night. The baby will be called Saphire - and she is just stunning! Well done momma Ruby! Here are some photos from our visit yesterday evening to the farm with Pearson to meet little Saphire. Brianna is holding Pearson and introducing him to her newest equine. Being the farm boy that he is, Pearson requested that he have a tour of the dairy barn to see the cows and meet the day's new calves. Brianna's youngest sister Faith willingly took Pearson into the big barn to see some of the day old Holstein calves.
