We will be harvesting a group of steers mid-fall when the animals come off of pasture (likely around Thanksgiving time. This will be the large slaughter for the farm during the fall/winter season.
The beef should be ready early November and hanging weight price will be 3.00$/lb.
We are currently taking reserve orders for this harvest.
Please call Amanda at 613-674-1947 to reserve your 1/4, 1/2 or whole steer. Custom cutting available for whole steer orders. Expected hanging weights of whole animals around 450lbs.
