Early July is the perfect time to make strawberry jam with organic berries ready for canning!
Drummond, Jim & I made lots of lovely strawberry jam. It was a fantastic way to spend a rainy Sunday morning: listening to Stuart MacLean's "Vinyl Cafe" on the CBC and making not only
scrumptuous delights, but many happy memories.
