We are very excited about our new registered Shetland ram coming to the farm this fall. He is a lovely acquisition from Ewenique Farm here in Ontario and is sure to help further increase the value of our fibre operation.
We have several suggestions from family & friends for his Scottish barn name: Dundee (after Scottish general who died at Killickrankie & not the knife throwing Aussie), Ewan, MacGregor (I have a colleague who likes the actor, either part of his name would do), Alasdair, Ferdiad (Gaelic for Ancient Hero) & Roag.
